Introduction and Important Guidelines

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeetway platform and all services provided through it. When a user registers an account, logs in, makes a deposit, or places a bet, they are considered to have agreed to follow these Terms in each instance.

jeetway is for adults only. No person under the age of 21 may use this service. Providing a false age during account registration is strictly prohibited, and jeetway reserves the right to cancel any such account.

Important: Review these terms regularly. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. Continuing to use the platform after changes are made will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.

Account and Registration Terms

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on jeetway, users must meet the following conditions:

Must be at least 21 years of age (applicable for users aged 21+).
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Accounts may not be operated on behalf of another person or through a third party.
It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential.

For account verification purposes, jeetway may request proof of identity or address at any time. If the required documents are not provided within the given timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Security and Responsibility

If a user notices any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on their account, they must notify the jeetway support team immediately. All activity on the account remains the responsibility of the user until jeetway has been informed.

If a user can demonstrate that unauthorised access has occurred, jeetway will conduct a proper investigation and take the necessary steps. The account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

Account Suspension or Closure

jeetway may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

Registering with false or incorrect information.
Operating multiple accounts.
Bonus abuse or attempts to manipulate the system.
Conducting any unlawful activity on the platform.
Operating an account while under 21 years of age.
Using another user's account credentials.

Before closing an account, jeetway will verify the balance, and any valid balance will be returned through the standard process. However, in cases of bonus-related violations, winnings derived from bonuses may be cancelled.

Deposits and Minimum Amounts

Accepted deposit methods on jeetway are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (across all methods).
Deposited funds will be added to the account after confirmation by the relevant payment method.
Users may only deposit using a payment account registered in their own name.
Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

Withdrawals and Processing

The same payment methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
Typical withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
Withdrawals will generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.

jeetway reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions. All transactions are monitored in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Bonus and Promotional Offers

jeetway offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Before claiming a bonus, it is important to understand the following conditions:

To withdraw a bonus, the bonus amount must first be wagered 25 times.
Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Before withdrawing, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered.
A bonus is not "free money" — it is a conditional incentive.
Each account is eligible for only one welcome bonus.
No withdrawal may be made from bonus funds before the bonus conditions have been met.
If jeetway finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

Under the VIP programme, weekly cashback is available across three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold: up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver, and up to 1.5% for Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

Betting and Game Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing casino games, sports betting, and live games on jeetway:

Review each bet carefully before confirming — once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed.
jeetway is not obligated to compensate for losses caused by technical errors or disconnections, but will investigate and attempt to provide an appropriate resolution.
Any error or discrepancy in a game result must be reported to support within 24 hours.
The use of automated betting software, bots, or any kind of manipulation tool is prohibited.
In sports betting, bets will be settled only after the official result has been announced. If a result is disputed, the decision of the relevant sports authority is final.

Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jeetway platform:

Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity.
Attempting to collect or access another user's personal information.
Attempting to infiltrate the platform's software or systems.
Participating in money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
Opening an account using false identification.
Fictitious or collusive betting for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken where applicable.

Responsible Gaming and Setting Limits

jeetway believes that gaming and betting are a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We therefore offer the following tools to protect users:

The ability to set deposit limits.
A self-exclusion facility to temporarily close the account.

The platform aims to remain available at all times; however, brief interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons.
Users will be notified in advance of any planned maintenance.
jeetway is not responsible for bets lost due to internet connection issues or device problems on the user's side.
Using any app downloaded from unofficial third-party sources is prohibited, and jeetway will not accept any responsibility in such cases.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint about jeetway's service or any transaction, you may seek resolution through the following steps:

Step 1: Contact the support team via live chat or email. Assistance is available 24/7 in both Bengali and English.
Step 2: If the issue is not resolved through support, submit the matter in writing by email — with full details and supporting evidence.
Step 3: jeetway will respond to written complaints within 7 business days and, where necessary, will notify you of the final decision after completing an investigation.

The relevant balance or withdrawal may be held while a dispute is ongoing. jeetway's decision will be considered final unless a competent authority rules otherwise.

General Provisions and Liability

Limitation of Liability

jeetway is a platform that provides entertainment gaming and betting services. jeetway will not be liable for the following:

Financial losses resulting from the user's own decisions.
Problems arising from internet disconnection or faults with the user's device.
Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
Losses resulting from the user disclosing their password or login details to others.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jeetway platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of jeetway. Reuse, copying, or distribution of any content without permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game developers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution) is covered by their own intellectual property rights, and jeetway makes no claim of any official partnership with them.

Changes to Terms and Their Effect

jeetway reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through the platform.
If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and jeetway and replace all previous oral or written agreements.
